1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ChiroSlot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ChiroSlot is a cloud-based scheduling and practice management platform designed for chiropractic clinics. The Service includes appointment scheduling, patient management, automated reminders, and related features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use, or a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization.

4. Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon thirty (30) days' advance notice. Such notice may be provided by posting the changes to the ChiroSlot website or the Service itself.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. The duration and terms of the free trial will be specified at the time of sign-up. At the end of the free trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue using the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trial offers at any time without notice.

6. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first thirty (30) days of a paid subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. Refund requests made after thirty (30) days will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose other than its intended use
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our express written consent

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ChiroSlot, Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ChiroSlot, Inc..

9. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Your Data and the means by which you acquired it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit Your Data to the Service and to grant us the license described above.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or using the account cancellation feature in the Service.

Upon termination, your data will remain accessible in read-only mode for ninety (90) days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChiroSlot, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
